Feed grade DL Methionine

Methionine is an important amino acid species of animal feed in an essential additive added methionine animal feed to help animals grow rapidly in a short time, it saves about 40% of the feed. In particular, feed poultry feed, methionine is the first limiting amino acid. Livestock methionine deficiency will cause stunted growth, weight loss, decreased kidney function, muscle atrophy, deterioration and other fur. Dietary methionine 1kg, 50kg equivalent to the nutritional value of fish meal (added in an amount of 0.05% to 0.2%). Methionine feed configuration has DL- methionine, methionine hydroxy, hydroxy methionine calcium salt, of N- hydroxymethyl methionine. In the feed industry, the demand for methionine great, especially the variety of amino acids in nutritional feed additives, 60% of methionine, lysine 30%, about 10% of other amino acids.

Ningxia Unisplendour Tianhua Methionine Co., Ltd, established in June 2013 and located in Zhong Wei Industrial Park of Ningxia, is specialized mainly in technology development, manufacturing and sales of DL-Methionine Feed Grade.

Its shareholder Chongqing Unisplendour Tianhua Methionine Co., Ltd, was incorporated and went into operation in June 2010 with annual output of 10 thousand tons, based on the demonstration plant of DL-Methionine Feed Grade. At this point, the company became the only manufacture of DL-Methionine Feed Grade in China and have made contributions to the sustained and healthy development of Chinese feed industry and stock raising, and the further improvement of food consumption of 1.3 billion Chinese people.

The first project of methionine production in Ningxia Unisplendour Tianhua Methionine Co., Ltd was completed in October 2014 and went into operation with annual output 50 thousand tons. The second project has put into production in the second half of 2016, the annual output of methionine amount to 100 thousand tons.
